Where is HDFEOS_LIB.ncl ?

Two of the script examples, hdf5eos_3.ncl and hdf5eos_4.ncl have load
operations referring to an “HDFEOS_LIB.ncl" file. I haven’t been able to find
this file. Is it hiding in plain sight?
