plot without map

Dear NCL users,   I normally make NCL plot with map, in which there is coordinate info, but just have difficulty to make plot with data matrix as in the below (12 rows for 12months from Jan to Dec; and 13 columns from +6 to -6; no map). Can any one give a suggestion?
