Hi Lauren,

My apologies if this was already answered.

I believe the reason why your values only go to 100 is because your Y axis has no coordinate values associated with it, and hence it’s just using the number of points that you have on the Y axis.

You should call “printVarSummary” on the variables you are trying to plot to see if there’s any coordinate information attached:

printVarSummary(Du_plane)

I’ve CC’ed wrfhelp in case they have more information about this.
