NCL Webpage - remember last scroll position

Dear NCL Web page developers,

Thanks for the wonderful work with the NCL webpages including the excellent
documentation and examples pages. I guess many of us have experienced
a little bit of inconvenience when after clicking on an example in the
examples page, we are unable to return to the last scrolled position in the
parent page. The current behaviour is to start from the top of the page.

Would it be possible to add the functionality (perhaps through javascript)
to let the browser remember the last scroll position? This would be
incredibly helpful.
