fatal:syntax error: line -1 before or near

I am running a script that worked fine this morning but now I get the error:

fatal:syntax error: line -1 before or near

^

fatal:error in statement

My script is here:

/glade/p/work/burakows/plot/NCL/albedo/procAlbedo.ncl

I do not know what this means or how to fix it. Other ncl scripts seem to
run fine.
