I added an example for you. See logo_4.ncl at:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/logo.shtml

It attaches the NCAR logo, but this time the logo is in a separate file called “ncar-logo.jpg” (you can google for “NCAR logo”). You should be able to use any logo, as long as it’s an image file, like “xxxx.png” or “xxxx.jpg”.

This example requires the “composite” tool from ImageMagick, which you may already have if you have “convert”. You can test if you have this tool with:

   which composite

If you don’t have “composite”, then see the ImageMagick website about installation:
