scatter diagram function

Hallo NCL,

I'm experiencing lately to make a scattering diagram from two variables,
lets say A and B,
where A would be in X axis and B in Y axis. Do you know any idea how to do
this kind of work in NCL.
Your help and suggestion would be really appreciated.
