Shading 2D-regions via coordinates

Hi: Thanks a lot.

I have found an example that works for me: Plotting the significance:

Example: conOncon_7.ncl in
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/conOncon.shtml

I would call it shading a region of the plot, delimited by coordinates
given in some calculation by some other criteria, but if Dennis has
thought of it as --significance-- it is O.K.
