How to crop (or plot a subset map)

Hi

I am using NCL to plot my WRF data. Due to some reasons I want to crop my
domain from the top in my plot. I know I can do it in any photo editor once
I have the PDF from NCL but it eats up the black border too.

So, is there a way I can do it in NCL itself while plotting?
