Hodogragh polar Coordinates

Hello NCL Users,

Please, I want to put the polar coordinates on my hodogragh plots, but
don't know how to do it. And I also want to insert the color bars into my
wind rose plots. Can you help me with an appropriate command to insert it.
Please find in attached, both my hodogragh and wind rose and plots/scripts.
