extract data according temperature level

Hi,all: I am wondering how to extract data according temperature level?
    For example,I want to calculate the data between 0¡æ and -20¡æ¡£
   If I want to calculate the Qice or Qsnow between 0¡æ and -20¡æ,what should I do?
   Do NCL have such function?
   Or do you guys have some advice?
     any information will be appreciated
