    You are going to have to make additional "wrappers."

    1. Build a library with FORTRAN-callable C routines.

    2. Write a small piece of FORTRAN code that takes arguments from NCL and calls your C routines.

    3. Put in the necessary lines and use WRAPIT on the FORTRAN code.

    I have done this before and it works.
