Hi Jeff,
I'm sorry about the confusion, but the version of NCAR Graphics that
is currently available, 4.3.1, does *not* have the PDF driver in it.
I'm not sure how it ended up in the 4.3 documentation, but I'll be
sure to remove it. The next version of NCAR Graphics will be version
4.4, which will also include a new contouring algorithm for triangular
meshes. I'm waiting until this code is fleshed out before releasing a
new version of NCAR Graphics.
However, I can give you a beta version, if you like to try it out.
