NCL INSTALLING

Hello,

I want to install *ncl_ncarg-6.1.2* on my ubuntu (Linux 86_64 GNU/Linux)
I use the installation guide (INSTALL.html)
But when i do :

make -f Makefile.ini

*I have:* make: Nothing to be done for `all'.

*And*
 ./ymake -config `pwd`

*I have:* bash: ./ymake: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Then I want to know the problem and the solution

And i want to know *how to modify ymake file and set up configuration
file *for my Operating System
