Trend line

Hi,

I plotted the seasonal trend of SST over Equatorial Pacific. I am
attaching my code and my figure. The plot is for 1995 to 2010. So is there
anyway to get the years in the x -axis instead of this time steps from the
netCDF file I am using? I am using HadISST_sst.nc.
Also can anybody please give me some suggestion about doing monthly trend
for 1995 to 2010 for each of the twelve months separately from the monthly
SST values that I have?
