Note about WRAPIT and the new version (6.0.0) of NCL

This is an important note about *.so files generated with WRAPIT.

If you upgrade to NCL version 6.0.0, and are using *.so files
generated by older versions of WRAPIT, then you will likely get a
fatal error that looks like this:

    fatal: Number of elements of dimension (0) of argument (0) is (1) in
           function (xxxxx), expected (4582672464) elements

This is due to the old *.so files not being compatible with the
changes we had to make to NCL to allow for > 2 GB dimension sizes.

To fix this problem, you need to regenerate your *.so files the same
way you did before, but using the new version of WRAPIT.
