Re: Parallel NCL

Hi,

The addfile/s function performs slowly when i try to open big netcdf
files (>10GB). I don't know the details of the implementation but this
could be improved in the future. By the way, is there any plan to
implement parallel IO? There are many nice libraries to do that such as
pnetcdf, pio or adios and i think that it really improves the overall
performance of the NCL.
