I am looking at Sea Surface Temperature (sst) and Sea Ice Concentration
(sic).

The reason I am asking is that we are runing climate modeling (Echam)
which have sst and sic as boundary condition. And the default boundary
conditon for the model have values over land (Figure 2).

I would like to use Figure1 as new boundary conditions, therefore I
probably need to interpolate the data for land.
