Have you tried CESM forums yet?

I don’t know how many people around would be acquainted to CCSM. :)
There’s a mailing list for CESM as well.

Documentation on CESM is heavily based on CCSM4, so you might find your answer in the CESM documentation page as well.

There is also an recurring talk about scientifically supported and validated input data or configurations available to CESM. Again, CESM is like an CCSM5, so you might find many resemblances between both.

Sorry for not being specific, but I believe this could help you. Specially the DiscussCESM forums said first, it is somewhat active these days from how it was before (CCSM3 times).

how is it possible to transfer file from ex=AA to different shell ex BB ?

any one can help me with reading CCMS4 files ?

what are TREFMNAV, QVEGT ... stand for ? any webpages explain? and do CCSM4 has different scripts than WRF?
