It is unlikely that anybody will try to find the file
   tos_Omon_bcc-csm1-1_historical_r1i1p1_185001-201212
at the CMIP5 web site. You must provide information.

What does
  %> ncdump -h tos_Omon_bcc-csm1-1_historical_r1i1p1_185001-201212
show?

You could also place the file at:

ftp ftp.cgd.ucar.edu
anonymous
<use your email address for the password>
cd incoming
put tos_Omon_bcc-csm1-1_historical_r1i1p1_185001-201212
quit

Send email after you have successfully completed the transfer.

Note that for security reasons, you cannot list the contents of this
directory, and neither can we. We need to know the *exact* names of the
files in order to retrieve them.
