Thanks for your extremely quick feedback!
It would not be able to type your command until tuesday, i'm on holidays...
Anyway,i may get confused the system(and to myself), i've being creating too many path and libpath directories during the last weeks.
Let's see where is looking for.

Hi Miguel,

It's kind of hard to read your screen shot, but the error message is
indicating that
NCARG_ROOT is not being set.

 From your output, it looks like it is set, but to be certain, can
you type the following and
send me the output:

    printenv NCARG_ROOT
    env | grep NCARG
    ncargpath lib
    which ncl
    ng4ex xy01n -clean
