Hi Jacob,

With regard to this problem, I will try to run your script on my PC and
see if I can reproduce the problem. I think you already gave the necessary
files to Dennis.

The installation problem is likely an optimization problem with the
Fortran compiler (g77), especially if you are seeing the problem on
one system and not another.
