ncl warning message

Dear ncl users,

I recently upgrade NCL, I am using know NCL Version 4.3.0.
But there is something which make me wonder.

When I am entering NCL session this warning message appear.

With the last version of NCL I don't have this kind of warning.

There is a way to avoid it?
