Hi Debasish,
Have you tried varying the size of gsnXYBarChartBarWidth? For instance,
you could try setting it to somewhere around 0.05...
You might also want to try expanding the plot horizontally by setting
vpXF = 0.05 and vpWidthF = 0.9....
