Re: panel labelbar

Hi Anning,

I didn't fix the panel labelbar to recognize this resource until after
5.0.0 was released.

Please try the attached "gsn_code.ncl" in place of your current one,
and see if it works. Make a backup copy of your original gsn_code.ncl
first!
