Hi Yi-Chi,

Please see the attached "wrf_user.f" file. For the wrf_interp_3d_z and
wrf_interp_1d routines, you want to look at subroutines DINTERP3DZ and
DINTERP1D.

If you have further questions about the algorithms used, please email
wrfhelp_at_ucar.edu, as they are intimately familiar with these routines.
