segmentation fault

Hi,

I've written a script that interpolates wrf/chem and narr data to a
common, square lat x lon grid, does some comparative stats, and then
generates a multi-panel plot. Everything runs fine, but after the
plot completes, i get a segmentation fault. Does anyone know why this
is happening?

I've attached the script below.
