NARR 3-hourly data

Dear every NCL user,

Is there anyone who is familiar with NARR data? I need 3-hourly NARR data, but I
found in the website
"http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.narr.monolevel.html" that the
3-hourly data files share the same name with the daily mean files. So how
should I download the 3-hourly ones?
