Color problem with the AreaFill-option

Dear NCL users,

I have a problem with the 'AreaFill'-Option in the
'cnFillMode'-ressource.

If I choose 'CellFill' for this ressource then I get correct colors
in the filled contour plot which correspond
to the label bar colors and to the labeled isolines
(see attached figure w_CellFill_corr_colors.png).
(the isoline drawing and labeling is correct. I could check this
independently).

But when I choose 'AreaFill' then the color bar and the isolines
remain the same but the colors in the plot are confused
(see attached figure w_AreaFill_false_colors.png).

The ONLY difference in producing these two figures is the choice of
'AreaFill' and 'CellFill' in lines 143/144 of the attached script
'plot_grib_problem.ncl'
(ok, and also different values for title ('titeltext') and graphics
output filename ('file_kenn_plot'); this should be harmless, I assume).

The problem occurs in the NCL-versions 5.1.1 and 5.2.0 on a Linux
system.

This behaviour sounds a bit like the 'known bugs' report
'Possible disparity in labelbar colors'.
But here one can see it also in the .png (and .pdf)-graphics file
and it is obviously not a problem of the labelbar.

I must admit that I am a newcomer in NCL and this seems to be a problem
a lot of people should have. Perhaps I use a very unusual combination of

NCL-commands/ressources ...

Thank you very much in advance for your help

Michael
