how to change the default color of predefined fill patterns

Hi all,

There are two examples (coneff_7.ncl and coneff_13.ncl on http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/coneff.shtml )
to show how to fill contours with the predefined fill patterns.

The color of the predefined fill patterns are black. IS there any to change the default color?
Let's say change the color from black to green.
