Change font color within an object

Dear NCL team

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be possible to change the font color
within an object with "text function codes". Unless possible, the string
has to be splitted into two objects. This way, I have the problem to
ensure that these two objects are correctly arranged/aligned. Is there
any possibility to get the exact coordinate of the end of the first text
object which could be used the arrange the second one? Any ideas for
another solution?
