Re: time variable in netcdf

NCL subscripts are zero based (like C, C++, IDL,...)

Change

plot = gsn_csm_contour_map_ce(wks,T(1,:,:),res)

to

plot = gsn_csm_contour_map_ce(wks,T(0,:,:),res)
