NCL works fine under AIX.

%> uname -a
AIX be1005en 3 5 00CBF2314C00

We only have 6.0.0 on this machine.

%> ncl -V
6.0.0

%> ncl_filedump YHXE20KWBC011800.grib2 > out.YHXE20KWBC011800
%> ncl_filedump 20120401_1800f18.grib2 > out.20120401_1800f18

I have attached two 2 gzip'd outputs.

set correctly
