Re: NCL install into Cygwin

Dear Mary,   I have downloaded the NCL for Cygwin, but wonder how I could "FTP" NCL software into the Cygwin in my windows system. You will be able to identify it easily as it has "Cygwin" in the name. The version of NetCDF shouldn't be an issue.
