Problem with Panel Plots

Hi,

I am trying to panel four plots with a different colorbar per two
plots. But my plots are not maximizing and not utilizing the whole
space. I have set gsnMaximize to True but still nothing is changing. I
also tried setting the panel top and panel bottom for each series. I am
attaching the plot and the code.
Can anybody please help me.
