Weird. Changing opts_at_lbTopMarginF from 0 to -0.6 does reduce the
white space between the upper labelbar perimeter and the color bar, per
the attched image. But then if I also change opts_at_lbBottomMarginF from
0 to -0.6, expecting the white space _below_ the color bar to be
reduced, the whitespace above the colorbar gets increased again (also
attached) !! ??
