Hello,
[1] ncl-install is *only* for NCL installation issues.
Questions to ncl-install that are not related to installation
will not be answered in the future.
[2] Questions and requests for help must be posted to ncl-talk@ucar.edu
You must register to ncl-talk@car.edu before posting questions
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Support/
[3] Whenever you send a question to ncl-talk@ucar.edu, please do not
include a cc to an individual. Only the ncl-talk@ucar.edu address.
[4] I created an NCL script that reads, plots and creates a netCDF file
of the data. *I will not offer any more support.*
(a) There are duplicate times and locations. For some regridding
codes this is not allowed.
(b) The script uses simple binning to regrid. You must read the
function description.
(c) There is a wide statistical spectrum. Read about stat_dispersion
I speculate some outliers are present.
[5] We get numerous people that say they are "new to NCL"
PLEASE read NCL documentation at:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Manuals/
In particular, the Mini-Language Manual
[6] ncl-talk can be be helpful but do not expect NCL people
to do programming for you. That is your job.
[7] Please look at the FAQ. This answers many commonly asked questions.
