Re: rasterfill and gsnPolar

Hi Gina,
I think for whatever reason when you set cnFillMode = "RasterFill" the
raster filling occurs after the map perimeter is drawn, or at least that
is the impression I get. Try setting mpPerimDrawOrder = "PostDraw"
