NCL not compiling with intel compiler 64

Hi
I am trying to install NCL with the intel compiler. I ran ymake-install
LINUX.64.INTEL LINUX
than export $CC=icc, ran the Configure script and then make All >&
make-output &
The program ncl is not being installed but others are there. I have hdf
installed in /usr/bin and /usr/lib64 (which are in my PATH) I also
downloaded (GRIB2 decoders) g2clib and placed it in /ncl-src/external/
Can you tell me what is wrong?
