Dear Ting Lei,

There's not enough information here to determine why your contours are not in the correct location.

You are using an older version of NCL which *might* be the problem, but without seeing your data or your script, I can't be sure.

Also, I don't know if you are using the projection provided on the WRF map file, or your own projection. I do know for some WRF plots, the center longitude for lambert conformal projections might have been wrong, if the wrong center longitude was being used.

Are you able to provide us with your script and data? If so, see our ftp information:
