Default graphical changes made in NCL V6.1.0
This page shows a side-by-side comparison of a graphic generated with NCL V6.0.0, and the same graphic generated with NCL V6.1.0 with the new graphical defaults in effect:

These are the graphical defaults that were changed:
- Default font is now "helvetica".
- Default function code is now "~".
- New default color table called "ncl_default".
- Color table is now automatically spanned for color-filled contours, and colored vectors and streamlines.
- Labelbar labels are automatically "strided" if they overlap (lbLabelAutoStride = true).
