How to create a TextItem object with default settings
This TextItem example can be created using HLU C library calls, HLU FORTRAN library calls, or NCL. It demonstrates how to draw a text string on a plot using the default resources. The names of the source files for this example are tx01c.c, tx01f.f, and tx01n.ncl.
